I’m an ordinary person navigating life—just like you.
I’m not a guru, therapist, or doctor. I’m a mother, an entrepreneur, and someone who has moved through big life changes—and found strength in one of the simplest tools we all have: the breath.

Over time, I discovered how conscious breathing can calm the nervous system, regulate emotions, and bring clarity when everything feels like too much. It became my reset—again and again. Not something external I had to reach for, but something already within me.

Twelve years ago, I began exploring different healing modalities, from hypnotherapy and sound healing to inner child work. Each offered insight, but breathwork was the one that stayed. It was always accessible. I didn’t need to depend on anyone else to feel a shift—I could return to my breath anytime.

Through my training in
Psychedelic Breath® and conscious breathwork, I experienced how breath alone can open deep emotional and altered states, access the subconscious, and create profound inner movement. These experiences were powerful and transformative.

At the same time, I came to understand that deep, intense breathwork isn’t for everyone—and it’s not meant to be practiced daily. That understanding led me to functional breathing. After further study and certification in Functional Breathing and Ice Bath Facilitation, my focus expanded to include practical, restorative tools that support breathing function, nervous system balance, and everyday life.

What truly brought all of this into focus was my mother’s health. Watching her live with emphysema and experience repeated hospitalizations made breathing feel very real, very quickly. It deepened my awareness of how fragile—and how vital—breathing is, and how profoundly it affects quality of life. This experience is what finally pushed me to bring SAI to life—not just as an idea, but as a living practice dedicated to helping people breathe better.

This path led me to create SAI (pronounced sigh)—a platform for breathing practices rooted in function and awareness.

Through SAI, I offer:


  • Functional Breathing – Practical tools to improve breathing patterns, support the nervous system, and enhance daily life


  • Transformative Breathwork – Deeper sessions for emotional release, inner exploration, and conscious awareness


I don’t have everything figured out. I’m still learning and growing.
But every day, I return to my breath.
